C.A.R. California Home Price Report (Q2.2025)

C.A.R.'s California Home Price Fundamentals Interactive Tool will help you monitor the sustainability of home prices in your county or in California as a whole on a quarterly basis. It compares median household incomes to annual mortgage payments, median prices to median household incomes, the number of years it would take the median household to save for the median-priced home, actual prices to those that would exist in a market with zero constraints, and a how far each market is above/below that threshold over time. This report is updated quarterly, within one month after the end of a quarter.
