Zavieh's journey into real estate is a profound narrative of destiny and determination, a story rooted in family legacy and sculpted by a remarkable professional career. His path wasn't a linear one, but a masterful convergence of diverse experiences that uniquely prepared him to serve a discerning clientele with unparalleled expertise and dedication.
From Screen to Stewardship
Before establishing himself as a premier real estate advisor, Zavieh cultivated a distinct set of skills in the highest echelons of professional life. His career began in a spotlight, working alongside Hollywood's elite on prime-time television. This rare exposure provided him with a firsthand understanding of the high-stakes world inhabited by high-profile clients, teaching him the importance of discretion, trust, and impeccable service.
He then transitioned to the corporate world, honing his financial and business acumen through influential roles at global powerhouses. Tenures at AT&T Corp., followed by pivotal positions as a Senior Account Executive at Bear Stearns & Company and a Business Banking Specialist at Wells Fargo & Company, provided him with a formidable track record in high-level finance and corporate strategy. This rich and diverse background instilled in him a unique blend of corporate sophistication and an unwavering commitment to client-centric dedication.
A Legacy of Resilience and Real Estate
Zavieh's passion for real estate is not merely a professional choice; it is an intrinsic part of his life story. As a child, he witnessed his family's quiet expertise in real estate investment—his aunt's savvy in flipping homes and new property development and his parent's entrepreneurial spirit in cultivating a successful real estate hobby, which involved “luxurifying” and flipping houses for secondary income and to fund the entire family's passions. This early exposure to the art of real estate as a means of self-funding and wealth-building was deeply ingrained, planting a seed that would later blossom into his career.
Years later, after an unexpected setback stalled his initial plans to become a property investor, he channeled this resilience and determination into a different path. However, the dream never died. During the seismic shift of 2020, Zavieh felt a renewed call to pursue his long-held ambition. With the same grit that defined his professional journey, he embarked on the path to becoming a licensed real estate professional, driven by a powerful vision to build a legacy of service and excellence.

Mohsen Zavieh Salehi's professional trajectory, marked by a confluence of academic rigor and entrepreneurial spirit, is punctuated by an early foray into the realm of television, a pursuit that served as both a cherished avocation and a formative experience.
During the late 1990s, while concurrently pursuing a full-time collegiate curriculum and contributing to his family's petroleum and automotive enterprise, Monument Save-On, Mr. Salehi engaged in featured extra work on the acclaimed television series, "Nash Bridges." This period afforded him the invaluable opportunity to observe and interact with luminaries of the entertainment industry, including Don Johnson, Cheech Marin, Jeff Bridges, Danny Glover, Jon Favreau, Joan Allen, Kelly Hu, Billy Drago, Randy Jackson, and La Toya Jackson, an experience that realized a profound childhood aspiration.
Upon attaining an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and a professional certification in multimedia in 2000, Mr. Salehi transitioned from his television endeavors to embark on a corporate career. He accepted a strategic role in corporate operations, encompassing marketing and recruitment, at American Financial Lending, Inc., under the aegis of his sister, Maryam Adler. This pivot underscored his commitment to professional development and strategic career progression.
In 2004, a pivotal opportunity arose when his uncle, Saeed Moghaddam, extended an invitation to produce a television program at Markazi Television's international broadcasting studio. This venture, "California Entertainment Weekly," allowed Mr. Salehi to exercise his creative agency, scripting and filming a series that featured interviews with prominent celebrities at various high-profile events. This period, characterized by its dynamism and engagement with the cultural landscape, was unfortunately marred by the irretrievable loss of master copies of photographs and footage due to a server failure at Markazi Television.
Currently, armed with a Global MBA and an extensive portfolio of over thirty professional and technical certifications, Mr. Salehi intends to rekindle his passion for television. He envisions a return to the industry as a producer, actor, and television host, leveraging his multifaceted skill set and the profound insights gleaned from his earlier experiences. This resurgence represents a synthesis of his diverse professional experiences and a return to the creative pursuits that initially ignited his passion for the visual medium.
